The hotel had a charming and cozy decor, which made it feel homely. The common areas were well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself.
It would have been even better if there were more activities or amenities specifically tailored for senior guests.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, with easy access to all the main attractions in the city. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The apartment itself was well-equipped, with excellent facilities such as a kitchen, washing machine, and even a dishwasher. This made our stay very convenient and comfortable. Additionally, the stylish and elegant decoration of the apartment added a touch of luxury to our city break.
One minor issue we had was with the shower, which could have had a bit more power. However, this didn't affect our overall experience at all.

The apartment had a lovely decoration and was in a great location. We enjoyed the short walk to the city center and the convenience of having local restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. we appreciated the little touches like the bottle of prosecco and the provided tea, coffee, and toiletries.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par, with dirty bedside tables and a lack of thorough cleaning.

I had a wonderful stay at the heart of Bath. The location was excellent, with easy parking right outside. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed, and it was a nice surprise to find a bottle of prosecco and essential pantry items provided. The bathroom amenities were of great quality, and the convenience of having a Tesco and local restaurants nearby was fantastic.
There were a few small issues during my stay. The storage heating was a bit difficult to control, which made the temperature less comfortable at times.

Great location, close to all the attractions in the city center and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The decor of the hotel was lovely and added a nice touch to the overall aesthetic. The presence of a kitchen was a bonus, allowing for convenience when preparing meals.
The condition of the beds was rather disappointing. The mattresses had stains and material bubbles, making them uncomfortable to sleep on.

The house was absolutely stunning, with beautiful furnishings and a cozy atmosphere. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the attention to detail was evident. We especially loved the fact that there was a parking space available, as it made it so much easier for us to explore the area without having to worry about finding a spot. the location was also perfect, being close to the city center and within walking distance to all the attractions. It was great to have everything we needed within reach.
There were a few minor issues that we encountered during our stay. the sofa bed was not very comfortable, but we managed to make it work by using an extra blanket for padding.

The free WiFi and dishwasher were a delightful touch. So glad I had my own entrance - wouldn't want to mingle with common folk.
Hated it. Nothing to dislike!

The hosts were very polite & happy to help answering questions before our stay. Location was superb! Very comfortable accommodation and very convenient location. We were delighted with the welcome gift - Prosecco and fudge - lovely touch. The house is in a great location. The beds are very comfy. The sitting room was comfortable but needs a good and thorough clean after each guest has left. This doesn't seem to be happening. I expected more. Thank you to Darnelle for coming out to fix the bedroom window. The house is very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen has everything we needed. It was, lovely to have a bottle of prosecco left for us, as well as tea, coffee, sugar. The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and hand soap were all great quality. The property is located in a lovely convenient area for exploring Bath, with fantastic local restaurants and a Tesco just a short walk up a hil
Felt like at home, no complaints whatsoever.

The cleanliness could definitely use improvement, with issues such as a musty odor and dirty furniture reported by previous guests.

Great location, within easy walking distance of parks and historic landmarks. Very clean and well-maintained. Clear instructions throughout the property. Dedicated parking space outside. Modern and comfortable layout. Arrival basket was a nice touch. Good wifi and facilities like kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher. Church bells can be heard from the living room.
The beds in both bedrooms need better mattresses. Eating at the table was a bit awkward, especially with the glass table over carpet.

Best aspects of our weekend stay were the convenient location and the comfortable beds. The hotel is within walking distance to all the major attractions, which was a huge plus for us. Another advantage was the free parking provided, saving us the hassle of finding a parking spot. Additionally, the free toiletries provided were a nice touch.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel and the uncomfortable sofa bed. The room had a musty odor and we found several areas that were not cleaned properly, including under the beds.
